The MONTREAL HIGH LIGHTS Festival is more than happy to welcome the most discerning palates and noses to the very first edition of this culinary competition of our cheeses! In what promises to be a memorable evening, four master cooks appear as our finalists, thrilling taste buds, setting hearts a-flutter and surpassing themselves by each concocting four original dishes using local cheeses. Once seated, our guests become judges, with the pleasure of tasting all four courses, paired with the Grands Vins du Portugal, and choosing which of the chefs in competition will walk away with the grand prize of $5000. It’s a convivial meal and an unforgettable experience, where guests will recognize and enjoy the immense talents of our artisans.
