Ticketpro is monitoring the development of the Covid-19 situation very closely. We are collaborating with the venues and producers who use our services to follow all government directives.
In the event of a cancellation, we will contact you by email as soon as we have information regarding the exchange and refund procedures determined by event organizers. Please do not call the call centre to request a refund; wait until Ticketpro communicates directly with you, so as not to overload the call centre.
